The district heating is on its way with cheap and green heating

We want to make it easy for you to make the decision to replace your old gasboiler with district heating. Therefore we can offer 4 different settlementmethods that you can choose from.

We take care of the following with all 4 settlement methods:

• Establishment of branch line, installation and unit. You are then fully running with both the hot domestic water and the heat in your home.
• Interruption and dismantling of existing facilities.
• Disassembly of electrical connection, completed by the nearest contact.
• Connection to the district heating network and the work of getting a branch line led into the house.
• Plumbing work inside the house and installation of a district heating unit.

You must take care of:

• Re-establishment of utility room/boiler room, as well as your roof after the chimney stone.
• Possibly. purchase and connection of a domestic water pump.

Settlementmethod 1

First payment DKK 0,-

You pay the connection for district heating over your heating bill.

In addition to this, comes your yearly heat consumption.

We take care of service and the maintenance of your unit as well as any replacement.

The Connection subscription of DKK 1,800 yearly has a term of 20 years.

Settlementmethod 2

First payment DKK 12,097,-

As settlementmethod 1, but you pay the salary yourself on connection to the district heating, which amounts to DKK 12,097 which you can report for tax, to get/use your personal deduction.

In addition to this, comes your yearly heat consumption.

We take care of service and the maintenance of your unit, as well as any replacement.

The connection subscription of DKK 1,000 yearly has a term of 20 years.

Settlementmethod 3

First payment DKK 29,875,-

You pay DKK 29,875 for connection to the district heating. Of this, the salary is DKK 12,097 which you can report to tax, to get/use your personal deduction. You pay the unit over your heating bill.

In addition to this comes your yearly heat consumption.

We take care of service and the maintenance of your unit as well as any replacement.

Settlementmethod 4

First payment DKK 53,375,-

You pay for connection to the district heating and the unit. Of this, the salary is DKK  12,097 which you can report for tax, to get/use your personal deduction.

Price in total DKK 53,375

In addition to this, comes your yearly heat consumption.

You are responsible for service and maintenance of your unit, as well as possible replacement.
